As an Amazonian, this principle resonates deeply with my approach to technology and problem-solving. I believe the best solutions are not just innovative—they're elegantly simple. This blog is my space to explore complex topics in cloud, AI, and digital transformation, and distill them into practical, actionable insights.

Who I Am

I'm a tech enthusiast passionate about Generative AI and its potential to revolutionize the world. With 24+ years of experience in customer success, digital transformation, and enterprise cloud adoption, I serve as a trusted advisor for Fortune 500 enterprises, helping them align technology with business goals and maximize their cloud investments.

Professional Journey

Currently, I work as a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Dubai, where I guide enterprise customers through their cloud adoption journey and lead strategic initiatives to simplify cloud migration and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to AWS, I spent nearly 8 years at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, managing multi-million dollar projects, and spearheading cloud adoption initiatives. I've also held leadership roles at HSBC across Hong Kong, Dubai, and India for over 12 years.
